Unicloud Business365 is a web based project and client management software system.
UI design and workflow for this software had developed in 2012. The client is Unicloud Labs, this company is a part of I.T. group (one of largest Russian system integration companies). You can learn more about this system here.
Dmitry Torshin (Unicloud Labs' CEO) started this project and gave us considerable assistance during the period of project development. We are greatful to him for his contribution.
We made the sytem's interface very simple and easy to understand.
We use a modern concept of layers that enables to see "big picture", system's user can give attention to some details and immediately go back. For example, you can configure filters in the project list, and then see information about single project and moreover, about one task in this project, and all this — on the same screen. This greatly increases productivity.
One more feature of Unicloud Business365 is that all input forms are simplified as much as possible and often have just one "required" field. Doing this we take into account how user psychology work.
In other words a user does only important things and the system tries to help him, to prevent accidental errors. This project resembles a social network, but for a working. During testing we saw that even inexperienced users can quickly learn how to use this system. Unicloud Business365 is especially effective for small and medium companies.
